This is definitely an older property that has been renovated, and they did a great job. We didn’t find the breakfast particularly tasty and ended up eating somewhere else the second morning.

10 out of 10 stars. A real hidden gem. Beautiful design and decor. Swimming pool was large. Courtyard beautiful. Room had a full sized kitchen & living room. And the price was resonable. In a larger city you would pay much much more. If you are nearby do yourself a favor. Go here.

Best value for money in CVille, next to Bodo's, next to the Barracks shopping center. Always good service, a nice hotel. Wish it looked a bit newer, but that's ok.

Good if you get air conditioner that works
Reasonably priced, clean, comfortable, good location. Air conditioning needs upgrades, it took all night to cool off, we didnt want to move rooms so we endured but it was uncomfortably warm.

This is a hidden GEM in Charlottesville. The property is dated but super clean, comfortable beds, tasty breakfast and the staff was awesome! Highlights --tea and cookies in the afternoon --fresh coffee in the lobby ALL day --great location
