very personable staff.. room staff exemplary...room was very well kept. nice to have the complimentary tea & coffee 24/7!!!! nice room up front for families eating or gathering for pizza. was a bit noisy with rambunctious kids and revellers into the night, but we are great grandparents, so did not deduct points for that!
