Very little traffic noise, great spacious room with excellent blackout blinds, friendly and obliging staff, larger fridge and full sized round table and four chairs. These all contributed to a very enjoyable stay in Charters Towers.

It was great and above expectations in every way except one: Wotif had not communicated our booking reservation with the Motel. Staff apologised and explained that our experience was not unusual. We arrived early and had we been later, there might not have been a vacancy. Wotif had sent us an email saying there was no need to check with the motel. We'll be double checking everything from now on.

Though situated on main road, pool to front of propperty, little (if any) penetration of road noise to room. Room well serviced. Would definitely stay there again
