il aurait été bien de signaler que les chambres ont de la moquette cause d'allergies j'ai passé un sejour horrible a cause de ça. ménage inexistant poil dans douche , moquette du sol pas aspiré. filtre de la clim marron de poussière !!! odeur horrible dans la chambre. chambre non partique pas d'étagères pour poser les affaires a 4 personnes cest compliqué. en bref hotel a fuir

Service horrible ne repondent pas au téléphone pas de seche cheveux ni le cafe ou the mentionné sur l'annonce lair climatisé ne fonctionnait pas et ils nont pas fait le menage ni change les serviettes le 2e jour. Mérite un coup de neuf mais confortable.
Séjour de 4 nuits en famille. Le côté mezzanine est top avec les enfants, chacun a son espace. Le frigo et micro onde très bien aussi. Une.petite note avec des instructions pour se rendre au Futuroscope a pied est noté, de même pour des partenariats avec des restaurants. C'est une très bonne idée. Par contre le petit dej n'est pas en buffet, il faut remplir une fiche a l'avance, impossible de changer en cours de route. Un grille pain serait apprécié aussi car le pain servi est une "miche". Les salles de bains ont besoin d'un coup de propre les chasses d'eau fuient de façon importante (donc bruit constant et gaspillage d'eau). Le sol , la moquette est vraiment sale et ancienne. Le gros point compliqué, pas de détecteur de fumée, les climatiseurs ne sont pas nettoyés (couche de poussière imposante au niveau des bouches d'air) . Pas de lumière du jour sauf si vous voulez que tout le monde voit ce qui se passe dans la chambre.... Pas de voilage, juste un rideau occultant. Aussi, pas possible d'ouvrir la fenêtre en grand et d'aérer la chambre correctement. Enfin, le personnel a l'accueil est certe gentil, mais les demandes ne sont pas toujours comprises.

Le séjour était correct à part que la douche n'avait pas été nettoyée car il y avait des cheveux sur les murs de la douche Et présence de taches sur les draps Sinon le lit était confortable (mais creux au milieu) et chambre bien équipée
