Located 400 m from the Linga slopes and close to the Bike Park, this 19 m2 T1, well-equipped mountain corner will allow you to escape in winter and summer while enjoying the benefits of the surrounding area. Composed of a living room with renovated kitchen opening onto a large, quiet, south-facing balcony, a mountain corner, a bathroom and separate toilet, you will appreciate its location in the countryside and accessible easily by car, and by shuttle. Ideal for families, you will have at your disposal the grounds of the residence which will be the start of beautiful hikes on skis, snowshoes or on foot. Rented with a private outdoor parking space and a cellar. Upon arrival, a deposit of €500 will be required from you by credit card imprint. Pets not allowed, non-smoking accommodation. For your comfort, we can also offer you the following additional services to facilitate your stay: - Cancellation insurance at the price of 4.5% of the amount of the stay - Household linen at €25 for one single bed and €50 for a double bed (includes bed linen, a sheet and a large bath towel and a small bath towel per person, bath mat and kitchen linen) - Beds made on arrival: 10 € for a single bed and €20 for a double bed - End of stay cleaning at €102 - Reservation of ski passes with a 10% reduction for a minimum of 3 consecutive days

Skiverblijf
Ideaal gelegen om te skiën in het fantastische gebied Portes du Soleil. Skibus stopt vrijwel aan de deur en je bent binnen enkele minuten aan het dalstation Linga. Heerlijke bakker in het centrum van Châtel. Ontspannen en de spieren ontstressen in Forme d'O. Heen- en terugrijden vanuit België kan je zonder péage of vignet, als je voornamelijk de E23 volgt en van sightseeiing houdt in de wijnomgeving van Montreux.

L'agence Châtel immo a été très prévenante et arrangeante pour la remise des clefs. L'appartement est idéalement situé, a 10 minutes du Linga en passant par le chemin a raquettes. Pas besoin de prendre notre voiture de la semaine. Les ski étant laissé au Linga ski shop.
