No Restaurant, reception closed on arrival after 16:00, no internet, building run down, bathroom in bad state of maintenance. Otherwise everything was fine.

Good value for money!
Although basic, the room was very comfortable with an excellent bed. The bathroom was in need of some minor TLC ( tiling grout dirty ) but overall we were quite satisfied, especially having two dogs, the ground floor room was ideal.

Needs some TLC
We have stayed at several Campanile Hotels and this is by far the most run down. There was no restaurant but fortunately there is a Buffalo Grill and a large Inter Marche supermarket within easy walking distance. The staff were very nice but the hotel itself needs a good bit of TLC to bring it up to scratch.

Stop over on the route south
Hotel was in great need of substantial refurbishment. Whilst functional for one overnight stay, the rooms were tired, dirty and in need of complete redecoration. The shower fixing was loose and the bath was dirty.

Looks rundown
Used to visit Campanile hotels regularly 10-15 years ago & this one does not appear to have received any maintenance since then. Peeling varnish on large areas of the external woodwork on the facade & general air of lack of attention. Black condensation on ceiling over bath, old shower curtain. Rooms need redecoration. No menus on tables of restaurant, only scribbled in chalk on a blackboard. Receptionist had to split her duties between that & waitress, unhelpful attitude.

Personne très aimable et accueillante. Mais il fait revoir : salle bain, plafond qui est cloqué morceau parti. Chauffage salle bain vieillotte grille rouillée Au niveau de l'entrée toile d'araignée, fenêtre "bloque fenêtre cassé", volet roulant inexistant. Il faudrait au moins une prise de courant au niveau du lit, personne avec appareil de nuit ne pouvant pas se brancher a dû se fixer directement dans la salle de bain. Extérieure le non respect des clients des déchets jonchent le sol, poubelle pas à la portée des clients. Grosse benne à côte des chambres Par contre c'est calme. Je pense que cet hôtel ancien campanil aurait besoin d'un grand rafraîchissement.
