Lovely October stay, perfect weather and great accommodations. The common areas are perfect for slowing down and enjoying a good book and a drink by the fire.Only complaint, $42 for breakfast buffet seems excessive to me.

Corporate events more important to them than guest
Great place but on the last day they had a huge corporate function so the POOL WAS CLOSED, the bikes were unavailable, the buses were arriving with convention people and thats fine except THEY DIDNT TELL US all activities would be closed that morning. They didnt tell us. I would NOT have paid $800 for one night if I knew that the next morning the pool would be locked, the beach closed off for the function, etc. I FELT SO TRICKED

Horrible room
The room was ok internally however the windows had blinds because directly outside were ventilation systems which constantly made a horrible noise all day and all night!!!!! We would never stay in that room again. A complaint was made but the senior manager failed to speak to me.

Beautiful, spacious rooms. Decorated beautifully. Clean. Stunning property. Amazing location on the beach. Restaurant with bar was great food and service. Lobby was warm- A/C must not have been working efficiently. Difficult to get reservations at restaurants- even if staying there. They should give priority to guests staying on the property. Flowers were incredible! Great location close to town. Would definitely stay there again!
