Excellent experience overall, especially for the price. Prime location: comfortable walking distance from the main attractions of downtown. Clean hotel: lobby, bar, elevators, halls, and rooms. Valet crew was elite. Always attentive, always moving with urgency, and one dude even went pretty far out of his way to open the door for my lady when I was picking her up out front for no other reason than out of kindness (give that man a raise) Concierges were kind. Only needed two quick interactions — check-in and check-out. Parking garage has a good system. Always prime spots open and it was well lit all hours of the day and night.

We enjoyed being close to the great restaurants and the college. Breakfast was great and the guys had a blast at the lobby bar. It was a fun night. Everyone was super nice and valet was reasonable and convenient.

Several unknown bugs in room. Manager in denial. Other staff confirmed that they have been seeing it. Only comped one night but we were seeing them almost two days. Hotel was generally fine but no cold water...very hot water only for sink and shower. I guess better no cold water than no hot water.
