It was my first stay there. Everything served our needs well. We did have to deal with an over charge on my card for parking due to a key punch error, but the employees were very helpful getting this fixed. Breakfast was delicious & every employee was doing a great job. One of the people on our floor kept making bumping & banging noises late into the night & we could hear muffled voices. Some signs of construction, but tastefully displayed. We would recommend a stay in the future & are open to returning ourselves. Thank you

The hotel was under construction so it was incredibly LOUD. We never would have booked this hotel if we knew. The property was so outdated and rundown. Horrible cheap soap bars and no tissues. Way overpriced for what you get.

We recently stayed at your hotel, and I wanted to share some feedback. The room was clean and comfortable, which we truly appreciated. However, I do have one concern. We were not informed in advance about the ongoing construction, which made some areas inaccessible and created a bit of a dusty environment. While we understand that renovations are sometimes necessary, we feel this should be reflected in the price of the overnight stay or at least communicated to guests beforehand. Thank you for considering this feedback, and we hope to see an even better experience once the updates are complete.

We enjoyed our stay. The only things I did not like was the parking. Both my husband and I are disabled, so it was hard on us. We also did not know there was construction going on until we got there which was a little discouraging. This was the first hotel that we stayed in that did not have a microwave. We could not heat our food. The refrigerator was not working.

I wish that they would tell us they were under construction when booking. The water going off and on during the specific time people are trying to get dressed really makes things hard. Also, the cabinets and hardware were very worn. The tv stand had clearly been chipped and needed repaired. The doors do not shut properly. Also the bath tub has rust stains in it. In addition, the toilet runs if you don’t jiggle the handle each time you flush.
