OMG! First time staying at any Element. We had an awesome experience here. It's also around alot of restaurants as well. I had no problem with a late check out service as well.

When we arrived at the hotel I was informed that we didn’t have reservations at this hotel. I showed them my itinerary for the hotel. The front desk staff tried to locate my itinerary and they couldn’t find it. They took the time to contact Expedia. Which they didn’t have to do. They went above and beyond to help us. They were able to locate our reservation. The staff were amazing and professional. I will be back.
