AVOID AT ALL COSTS
I had booked a non smoking room as I am allergic to cigarette smoke the told me I booked a smoking room I told them there is no way I told them of my allergy they didn't care they refused to do anything the told me I had to contact the booking site to change it. I told me they had non smoking rooms I checked the room they booked me in I couldn't even walk through the door I sent the next 40 mins reaching out to the booking sight the contacted the hotel they completely lied to them. I gave them back the key got my deposit back and told them that they will not be getting any money for the room as I already contacted my ccrd provider and they will be disputing the charge. Avoid this at all vosts

The employee at the front desk was very accommodating. She went out of her way to exchange two decaf coffee pods for regular. She hand delivered them to our room. Very satisfied with our stay! Highly recommend
