We booked a king bed and they changed our room to two queen beds so we had to sleep separately in order to be comfortable. They didn’t tell us about the change and when we showed up they said all of their king beds are taken. Why was I able to book this then? It was obviously given away to a more important guest. Will not stay here again, the staff just sat around the lobby on their phone. The only good customer service given was from the valet gentlemen.

When i got here, the confirmed my reservation. But that added a $75 charge to my card, in case i had "incidentals". I would not have stayed here if i had known that. Really put a damper on things. I will be more careful next time

Not alerted about Forceded Valet. Room switch, we were supposed to have a large suite and received a small room. Then we were informed no other rooms available. Not choosing this hotel ever again.

I did not like the parking and our carpet was dirty. My granddaughters feet were black from walking in the carpet barefoot. It was extremely noisy. The people next to us got into a scream, cussing fight at 1:30am waking up my 1 year old granddaughter. Some of the staff were great. One in particular staff member was loud and very unprofessional.

was clean , parking was terrible, valet took over 45minutes, the breakfast we paid extra for was cold and tasted like it was cooked the day before , coffee was cold. the fruit on the bar was dried up and had no taste..I wish I had taken a photo but did not think about it.. we had to ask for hot coffee, it was awful!!!
