We planned this trip for a church convention after finding out the same day that there was no parking for guess and a $25 overnight charge was mind blowing added to my cost in which we were on a budget the staffs never greeted you in the morning or anytime of the day it was us that had to get their attention to say hi. Definitely will never book again at this hotel.

Nice stay
My stay was good, but customer service is not the best.Front desk clerks are not very nice, even a "good morning" apparently was very hard to say, maybe because it was on Thanksgiving weekend I guess.The hotel was recently opened, rooms are very clean and nice and love the bathroom, very modern. Breakfast was excellent as well, even though I never saw any employee taking care of the area. Overall was a good experience but service needs to be improved.

Very bad!!
I was very disappointed!! I left behind a very expensive face cream and I called to ask to look for it and they told me I didn’t leave anything there. I’m sure it was stolen or thrown. Very disappointed. I will never recommend anyone to stay there since they steal.

Ok on a budget
It was great except a couple things. The floors weren’t cleaned when we arrived nor were they cleaned during the stay when housekeeping cleaned the room. Our feet were filthy black. Paint smears on the bathroom door and big scrape on wall with messy paint around it. It looks like a rush job to get it finished. Some kind of silicone stick on bathroom floor. Shower only no bathtub. Fixtures really nice and comfortable bed really small for a king. Really small room but nice and quiet. I’d stay again if only on a budget but with 2 adults & 1 child it’s cramped. Valet parking ONLY through the week.
