The male receptionist who was there when we checked in was rude and our room was dirty. I called to let the front desk know and he offered to give me back my money to go somewhere else when I simply just asked for the room to be properly cleaned the next day. The room was never cleaned the way it should have been and I was told my multiple employees that the GM would be contacting me, and he still hasn’t. They charged me $100 incidental fee up front and I had to call to get the money returned to me. It was a mess, never again!

A good La Quinta that is newer than most that we have stayed in. Amenities were adequate as was the breakfast. Room fairly large with up to date features. Easy on/off highway access and dog friendly for a reasonable fee.

We stay here 4 times power year. We stay here because they are pet friendly and have been here since it was new. I love the breakfast bar. I do not like the pillows. This particular room, 206, the shower was not clean. It has mold in it. That was disappointing. Other than that we really like staying at the Cleveland, TN, LaQuinta.
