Decent little spot. Parking lot was well lit. Most of the bathrooms and vending machines were out of order and although there was a breakfast bar, there was no breakfast. The bed was similar to sleeping on a wooden plank but it was clean.

The tub did not drain properly resulting in water backing up while taking a shower. The outlets were loose and most plugs did not stay in place. The A/C unit leaked a ton of water & the carpet was soaked. There was black mold under the sink on the tile floor. No laundry service/fresh sheets/new towels unless asked for and went and received myself.

Never felt so unsafe in my life. You would see young men and women loitering around the property and in the street even in the wee hours of the day - clearly, a drug zone. Was supposed to be a non-smoking property but you could tell previous guests smoked indoor. Property has seen best days - worn out furnitures, paint falling off the ceiling, broken A/C system, very dirty carpet, unclean bathroom, window curtain falling off, the list goes on. Some random folks came knocking on my door at least on 2 separate occasions, claiming they had the wrong door. I believe there was more to it. You get charged $20 (in cash) for early check-in which is not invoiced. This property is a NO-NO if you are looking for a place to stay in Chattanooga. NOT RECOMMENDED!
