Best staff ever! From Valet to Front desk we felt like family and friends. They went out of their way to help in anyway and were the friendliest staff ever.Scotties on the river was attached to the hotel and they had great food. The free breakfast was delightful every morning.

The staff treated you like family, friendly, helpful and compassionate. The best I have ever had the pleasure to experience.The room was lovely, roomy and had everything we needed. The restaurant on site, Scottie’s on the river had terrific food! The fire pit and view of the river was a real treat. The free breakfast was just another extra at this lovely hotel!

This is the third time we've stayed at Springhill Suites, and I recommend it whenever possible. The staff is always friendly, the rooms are large, bed comfortable and bathroom roomy. Love the pool and the breakfasts are filling. Really excellent.

The property is wonderful. We had river views from our room. The rooms were clean and spacious. The hotel staff were great. The breakfast buffet was great. The location was perfect. A five minute walk to the downtown area where the aquarium and children’s museum is located. My only complaint is having to pay $18 per day to park my vehicle on the property.

Was surprised to be able to hear the people in the room above and next door. The room wasn’t dusted the best (TV and desk lamp) but it was super clean otherwise. Having to pay for parking was also surprising, but with Scottie’s on the River restaurant may have caused that to become necessary. Perhaps wave the fee for hotel guests. Otherwise an amazing hotel!!!
