Our room was wonderful. Staff was so pleasant!! The only negative was the poor selection of pastries or breakfast options offered in the lobby area. The coffee was cold and there was only one type of muffin to choose from, no parfait or fruit or hot cereals.

Beautiful unique stay. Clearly this hotel is a labor of love. The light fixtures were beautiful and dimmable the closet was made to look like a train closet. The bathroom was small but beautifully appointed. I stayed her to be close to The Signal (couldn’t be closer) and would return to enjoy the hotel atmosphere and explore more of Chattanooga.

I enjoyed the Hotel Chalet so much I was sad to leave and spent time my last night just chilling in the room! The bed was super comfy, the shower water pressure was amazing and my room was near the coffee bar so each morning I woke up to the smell of coffee. Parking is a little rough: you pay, but it’s not a closed lot so as much as I’m sure they tow people, some of the cars are probably not for the hotel a few hours throughout the day. Still worth it. I’m sending all my friends and want to come back!! Staff was sweet and helpful, and the decor was just as beautiful as the pictures. I did NOT stay in a sleeper car - it looked too small for the price but they looked cute!
