Toilet seat was broken when we checked in. Broke completely after one use. Front desk was less than helpful. Waited for management to approve replacement! Definitely need to improve oversight and customer service.

Good but could do better.
Had trouble assessing my room as keys kept deactivating. Was heavily discouraged from using the Kuerig when the free coffee was available. Service was so-so but not overwhelming courteous but did everything required. Compared with other options this is the best available property in Cheboygan but if there was serious competition it might facilitate changes.

Our room was filthy. The floor was filthy. Hard telling how long it had been since it had been mopped. The bathroom needed a complete update. When we went to the continental breakfast area, the floors were filthy. Hadn't been vacuumed in ages. We will never stay there again.

Very disappointed. We usually like BW, but this one was HORRIBLE!! The room had a horrible smell, the A/C unit was very loud, the shower had no pressure! This hotel needs a HUGE FACE LIFT!?

Loved the balcony and river view. Very quiet during the week. Excellent location as it is close to shopping, dining, and recreational activities. Continental breakfast had very good selection and taste. Friendly staff. Only minor complaint was bathtub didn't drain well.

Very nice staff but a little pricey for an old outdated motel. Although it was pretty clean and beds were comfortable. The free breakfast was a little late as we were told it would be ready at 5:30 but a ok continental breakfast.
