Lakefront Retreat in Cheboygan

Your relaxing, tranquil, and luxurious Cheboygan adventure begins at this beautiful house, a spacious four-bedroom property with a loft. With four full bedrooms and a loft, there is plenty of space for everyone! The 3.5 bathrooms ensure no one has to wait long to freshen up. The main living room comfortably seats ten people, and the dining room/kitchen has room for ten guests, plus an outdoor table that seats an additional six guests.

In the summer, enjoy staying on the lake with access to kayaks, a paddle boat and all the swimming you can handle. If you are trailering a boat or jet ski's the boat launch is within walking distance from the home and there is a place to dock your boat and up to 2 jets ski's. We are conveniently located within an hour or less of Tree Tops, Nubs Nob, Boyne Mountain, Petoskey, and Mackinaw City. Public beaches on Mullet and Burt Lake are also close and fun to visit. Black Mountain is within 15 minutes and there are plenty of trails for hiking, biking and cross country skiing! Downtown Cheboygan and Indian River are a short drive away, offering restaurants, shops, and cute pubs and bars.

Our floor plan includes:

Master: King bed with a walk-in closet and a full bath

Spare room main level: queen bed and full bath

Upstairs loft: 2 twin beds and privacy screen

Downstairs bedroom 1:
Bunk beds with trundles, which are one full and two twin. Full bathroom

Downstairs bedroom 2:
Queen bed, and a half bath.

The downstairs is a walkout basement with a living room that has a full pull-out sofa, kitchenette, and a variety of entertainment options, including shuffleboard, foosball, and a high-top table for board games and cards. This ensures that even on rainy days, there's plenty to keep everyone entertained.

The main living room upstairs has dining for six people, 4 bar stools, a table outside for 6, and couch seating for 10.

There are two firepits, one in front of the lake and one on our other property across the road. The pole barn area is perfect for making smores, playing horseshoes, bags, or ladder toss, and has plenty of seating.
