We can either arrange to meet you in order to escort you out to the Treesort, or we can send you a map link the morning of your arrival.
Keep in mind that the Treesort is located down some winding gravel roads with sharp corners and hills. Be sure to stay on your side of the road and keep a close eye out for oncoming vehicles.
We are available for our guests, but we do want to respect their privacy and allow them their space.
Guests will enjoy peace and quiet with the sound of the wind rustling through the trees. What guests enjoy the most about this place is the fact that it is in a remote area which allows one to get away from the hustle and bustle of life.
There is another treehouse located on the property that is approximately 50 feet away.
There is free parking at the treehouse. The Hummingbird Treehouse is 8 miles from Eufaula, OK, 140 miles east (2.5 hours) of Will Rogers Airport in OKC, 90 miles south (1.5 hours) of Tulsa International Airport and 210 miles north (3.2 hours) of DFW.
~It is likely that guests may encounter some critters who live in the area such as: squirrels, birds, possums, deer, raccoons, armadillos, snakes, and possibly even Bigfoot!
~The treehouse can and will sway with the wind.
~Your journey to the treehouse will include driving on a gravel road part of the way.
~Enjoy an unplugged stay as we do not have WIFI.
~Cell phone service can be spotty...depending on your provider. AT&T and US Cellular seem to have the best service in this area.
Before building a fire, make sure and check that there isn't a fire ban.
When using the nature trails, you may want to use "Off" or some type of bug repellent.
Getting hot water in the shower can be a bit tricky. There is red tape showing you where to point the shower handle in order to get the warmest water.
We intentionally do not have WIFI so that you can unplug and enjoy your loved one(s) and nature.
