Too many animals.
We were located next to at least one room with multiple barking dogs and there was a woman in the hall for 30 minutes shouting about being late at someone from her room. One evening a guest pulled up in a Uhaul van and threw a bunch of trash in the parking lot then swapped spots. We also had a used Q tip on the bedroom floor that didn't belong to us.

It was very hard to fall asleep and stay asleep as there was a dog that would bark quite a bit. Very frustrating as we had to be up early and I didn’t get good rest.
