Just awful, I don't know how it has a good rating. Dirty, sticky furniture, everything in room dated, grubby and or broken, not even my kettle worked. Sticky and dirty floor. Filthy bathroom, debris and hair in sink and bath. Not convinced bedding had been changed, make up on the bottom pillows. How old are the pictures you use, this is criminal

Cheap stay in reasonable location, no thrills.
Hotel is very worn, could do with update/ money spent. Was cheap though so if you don't mind the odd broken ceiling tile then it will do.

I didn’t really experience this property as I stayed for only one night having just arrived from Australia that morning. I was very tired, so didn’t even look around the hotel at the facilities. That being said, our room was nice and tidy, although other guests were quite noisy throughout the night, it almost sounded like lots of people were coming and going all night.

Generally good One very small minus - I had to let them know what kind of breakfast I wanted the night before. In the morning they were already cooking it when I arrived for breakfast and so I couldn't have my eggs how I prefer them.

First impression looks ok, but then you notice all the broken and damaged items. Front desk was friendly and helped us move to another room when we pointed out the bathroom sink was cracked and broken. Unfortunately, the next room ended up being in worse condition.

Just been painted and had update. Bath panel bit broken at bottom and shower poor. Outside not well kept especially at rear. However room good size and clean. Not a village hotel but ok for a nights sleep if you need a break and close to M5
