Schloß Chemnitz Spacious Balcony Apartment

A beautiful apartment in a beautifully renovated Art Nouveau house. Lovingly furnished, with a large dining table, comfortable leather sofa and a balcony that invites you to linger.
The house is located on the Kassberg, with good parking and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. A park with children's playground is within walking distance.
You have a large, comfortably furnished living room with TV, Wi-Fi and games. At the large dining table, the whole family has space, or eat it right on the balcony with evening sun.

The open kitchen is exceptionally large and equipped with everything needed for cooking.

There are two bedrooms, the larger is a double bed 180x200 and a sofa bed, which can be used if needed for two more guests.

The second bedroom has two single beds 90x200. All rooms have ample storage space, which also allows a longer stay uncomplicated.

Sehr schöne Wohnung
Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen, die Betten waren bequem, das Schlafzimmer zur Hofseite sehr ruhig, das Zimmer zur Straßenseite um so lauter, Bus, KRankenwagen, teilweise viel Verkehr. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und hell und man ist gezwungen Fitness zu machen, die Treppen bis oben erfordern Kondition😁, aber am dritten Tag ging es fast ohne Schnaufen. Wenn man Öffis nutzt ist es toll, dass die Haltestelle vor der Haustür ist. Was schade war, das kaum Besteck und Geschirr vorhanden war, man musste nach jeder Mahlzeit spülen. Um den hohen Standart der Wohnung zu halten, sollte bald wieder gestrichen werden. Alles in allem, viel besser geht nicht für diesen Preis.
