Terrible experience and fake images.
It was terrible experience. First of all its not a place stay because terrible room condition with no basic amenities like cold and hot water, towel, soap and coffee maker. Also there was no chair or sofa and coffee table inside the room. Stinky bed, bed spread and pillows. No cleanliness, no COVID-19 safe, no drinking water provided, mosquito problem. The check-in time was 12.30pm but the room was not given till 6pm of check-in date. Photos attached. Sea view rooms and beaches are not the same as shown resort images shown on your website. this is nothing but cheating the customer by Hotels.com as well as by resort management. Please return the money.
