Recent stay was good overall
Rooms updated in 2022 after change from previous Hotel Lackey. Room too hot all the time and needed to turn off heat every time when putting key in slot. Needed to open window. Beds firm and bed covers very warm (woke up in sweat because too heavy).

Convenient location near shops and restaurants, plus nice breakfast Very impressed with the receptionist David Jeon who helped us so much. Book directly to hotel for business stays instead of booking websites otherwise you may have problems with bills.

서비스 별로이고 방에 먼지가 많음 조금 일찍 도착했는데 체크인시간까지 무조건 기다려야 함 방이 정비되어 있어도 일찍 들어가려면 추가 비용 내야하고 체크아웃도 무조건 시간 맞춰서 해야지 안그럼 돈내라고 직원분이 안내해주심

별로 중에 별로
가격대비 최악 청주에 호텔인프라가 많지 않고 위치적으로 훌륭한 것 이외에 모든 것이 별로. 주차공간은 여유치 않고 서비스업임에도 회사지침때문인지 직원들의 응대가 상당히 방어적이며 투숙객 친화적이지 않음. 이전 락희호텔과 비교하면 격이 많이 떨어짐.
