Great property. Just across the street from the casino. Otherwise, the area doesn't offer much else. Not many restaurants or entertainment outside the casino. So come prepared to gamle.

Positives - staff is friendly and overall is clean. The hotel is across the street from the casino and an easy walk to it. Close to the Great Smoky Mountains and Park. If you drive through town in the morning or afternoon, chances are you will see elk in peoples yards. Negatives - rooms need remodeling and mattresses need replaced. Breakfast is limited.

The staff were hanging out in the breakfast area, counting money, watching movies, eating and talking very loudly while we were trying to eat our breakfast. Went outside to enjoy a cup of coffee, a staff member came out and started smoking. Had to go back inside. Rooms had a strange odor. There was a bug catching device next to the bed. The receptionist was walking around with bare feet. Very unprofessional.
