1st floor rooms next the front desk need a quite zone signage and staff needs to monitor. After 11 p.m. you should hear no activity.

Staff was very rude and unfriendly/unprofessional. Several people were complaining about their reservations being cancelled without any notice! And having to rebook once arrived for higher raise. Seems like a scam or The Ponzi scheme to get more money. We also had bed bugs! I have several bites I’ve taken pictures of. Seems as if they couldn’t do anything. I will reach out to corporate if no one can reach back out to me!
