I only booked 1 night in tha executive suite for tha jacuzzi tub. Hotel is outdated & tha elevators give a Final Destination vibe lol it wasn’t dirty though.

The front desk staff was wonderful, and the breakfast buffet was great! The hotel was outdated and the chairs in the lobby were worn out. The AC unit in the room was loud and the bathroom toilet was dirty. After taking a shower, the water in the tub was slow to drain. Also, when first entering the hotel room there was a musty smell. It almost smelled like mildew.

The room furnishings looked old and dated. The banquet was not a welcoming environment. The hotel carpet from entry to the room need cleaning and lastly I reported to desk clerk/manager that my room had roaches and we also saw them near the elevators. No compensation was offered for this unpleasant experience.
