The Chiltern Hideaway
Modern smart home with a beautiful, landscaped garden to be enjoyed located on a private road in a quiet area within the Chilterns in Chesham, Buckinghamshire which sleeps up to 8 people. Features include under-floor heating to the downstairs, SKY TV, super-fast broadband and desk space to work from. Guests will have access to hairdryers, a Nespresso coffee machine, and fans for summer. The home is child and dog friendly, there is a travel cot and baby highchair.
Guests will have access to private parking for two cars, further parking is also available where the private road has two guest car park spaces.
The space:
The entire property was recently built with luxury fittings and furnishings throughout and is 1200sq ft in total floor space. You will have the use of a large open living and dining area and kitchen with a comfy sofa and two armchairs. The dining table can seat 6 guests, and there is a downstairs toilet located in the hallway.
The bi-fold doors open out beautiful patio and landscaped garden with modern outdoor furniture to match, and dining table that can comfortably seat 8 guests. There is also a charcoal BBQ for guests to enjoy al fresco dining with their family and friends.
The four-bedroom property offers a large comfy King-Size bed with ensuite bath which houses a large walk-in shower on the second floor. On the first floor there is a further double bedroom ensuite with a shower room, there is a second double bedroom, and a single bedroom which has the option of a trundle bed which can comfortably sleep a child. A family bathroom is also located on the first floor with a shower over the bath. There is plenty of space to accommodate clothes and suitcases inside the wardrobe, along with and understairs cupboard for coats, umbrellas and shoes.
The layout is ideal for families, two-three couples or even a family and professionals looking for short-term serviced accommodation.
The modern kitchen features white cabinets and dark grey quartz worktop and Siemen appliances including an electric hob, fridge and separate freezer, oven and grill, dishwasher and washing machine and dryer. If you love your coffee in the morning don’t forget to bring your Original Capsules for the Nespresso machine.
The property also benefits from SKT TV and high-speed WIFI to stream your favorite shows and work from home.

*For security measures and to respect our neighbors we have CCTV in place at the front and back of the property. The is also a noise detector device installed inside the house to monitor noise, crowds and smoke.

The property is conveniently located 20-30 minutes from London Heathrow and London Luton and approximately 30 minutes from Central London. The property is situated close by to Chalfont & Latimer, Amersham and Chesham tube stations where you can hop onto the Metropolitan Tube Line which takes you straight to Baker Street and all the way to Liverpool Street train station, or the Chiltern Railway which takes guests into London Marylebone.
Things to do:
By car you can travel to Harry Potter Studios in 20 minutes, Windsor and Marlow in 30 minutes, Oxford in 50 minutes away, Bicester Village and Restoration Hardware in 45 minutes away. There are also fabulous scenic walks around Chesham, Chenies and Wendover across the Chilterns for you to enjoy.
