If they have no parking maybe make a deal with someone local to contract parking and provide a valet service at a cost We drive around Chester in wind and rain looking for somewhere safe Could not download parking apps which. Implicated matters since as is internet did not work

A perfect overnight stay
A beautiful hotel. The staff were great, nothing too much trouble. Room was perfect, clean, spacious, complimentary drinks and snacks. Reception smelt lovely when you entered 😄 only 10 mins walk into the centre of historic Chester. Would definitely stay here again 👍

The staff are friendly and attentive.
This is the 3rd time we have stayed at this hotel and each time we have not been disappointed. The staff are friendly and attentive. The hotel is just great, cannot fault it. We will be returning next year.

Lovely hotel and really can’t fault it. Staff very helpful and friendly. Room very clean and comfortable and a variety of soft/hot drinks and snacks available at no extra cost. We didn’t have breakfast there so can’t comment on that. Ate in the restaurant one night and had a great meal - again staff very attentive and friendly. Close to the centre, shops and river. Only word of warning would be do not park at their recommended car park in Pepper Street, it’s a dreadful car park with tiny spaces and barely enough room to drive past the parked cars. We didn’t want to risk leaving our car there and it being damaged so we parked at Little Roodee car park about 15 minutes walk away which was really good. I told the reception staff that the hotel should not be recommending the car park as it’s so bad.

Lovely comfortable hotel with very friendly staff. Food was excellent - breakfast had everything f you would want and the evening meal was delicious! The bed was very comfortable and the extra snacks/drinks in the minibar (complimentary) were appreciated.

Steve was great when we checked in. However, other front staff never spoke. Room was nice, upgraded to top floor. However, bed comfort wasn't to out liking so didn't sleep well. Room was quiet apart from the sliding wardrobe door was really loud and banged, heard on either side. Breakfast was good, beans luke warm. Staff again, we're great. Quiet location. New car park behind hotel. £14 a day.
