Smalls like cigars and cigarettes. The room next to us was a cigar smoker. My eyes were stinging. In the morning I see cigar ashes by there door. The toaster set off the smoke alarm in the morning. Not the best experience.

Prior to checking in it said the hotel offered hot breakfast however in the morning all they had was bread a few Bagels and butter. Another guest came down and said all I need is milk but there was none. That ruins my entire stay thank you

Room was nasty. Dirty blankets. Dirty towels and used wash clothes left in shower. Mold and dirt all on the bathroom dealing and floor. Carpet smelt like mold and the smell of weed is all over the place cause the place is full of people partying and are loud as hell

First of all there is no elevator. I had to lug 3 large suitcase up the stairs. The staff cleans everyday it’s pretty clean. There are multiple issues at this hotel that I did not like. The room was 91 dollars a night. The rooms on the other side of the highway are around the same price with all the amenities. The country inn across the highway was better. Security….people would leave rocks in every exit so anyone could walk in a cause trouble. The breakfast was basically bagels, cereal and coffee. People were walking around barefoot. People were letting dogs run free off leases in the hotel. I think this place is a place where locals live. I wouldn’t stay here again there a several hotels in the area that are better for around the same price or less.

Good stay, came to visit friends. Location was great and close to highway. We had to ask for things at breakfast, as when we went down for breakfast at 8:30, nothing had been replenished, had to take more bread out of freezer, but very helpful and well looked after. Too much noise during the night from the local people living there.

The issues I had were there wasn't an iron or iron board in the room, the microwave and refrigerator were dirty, breakfast was only for kids no bacon, eggs, etc, did not offer us clean towels since we stayed for 2 days and I felt like we were rushed out of the room because someone came in before we were out the room. Good customer service at check-in and out.
