Very small & noisy room with dwarf walls.
It’s an annex with dwarf walls on one side. You can’t use the toilet without banging your head against it. Windows are drafty and don’t isolate the noise from the main road. Room looked bigger in picture but is actually very small. Disappointing experience!

Great stay away from the hustle of the city
Very friendly, clean and well run place. Perfect for our trip to Chester Racecourse. We enjoyed the breakfasts and the staff were lovely. Highly recommend.

Great location, friendly staff. Great breakfast and latte! Bad: main light didn’t work, milk was out of date in the tea stand, no vanity, when the sink is on the water goes up into the bath tub

Booked it again!
I received a warm welcome on arrival. The place is easy to find and has plenty of parking. Food is delicious! The stairs are a little steep, but I do have a sore foot at time of writing, so any stairs are a nuisance right now. I already booked my next stay!
