Great hotel to stay in Bacalar.
My wife and I had a very good experience at this hotel. Its location is great, with access to restaurants and the lagoon within three blocks. People at the reception are very nice and friendly. Rooms are comfortable, clean, and the hotel has a nice terrace on the second floor for guests to use and relax. Only comment is that the design of the curtains in the room allows for some outside light to enter at night. We had to use a blanket on top of the curtain to make it dark inside, not a big deal, though. I would definitely come back.

Great staff. Very helpful. Excellent location. Fridges would be nice. No breakfast which would also be great but restaurants all around serving breakfast. Would be nice to be part of the price of the stay. Pillows ridiculously large.

Would recommend this hotel.
The room was clean and comfortable. Had great WiFi connection. They topped up the fridge with 2 small bottles of water everyday which was really helpful. The location is on the square which was a great. We walked to and from the Ado bus stop, around 20min away. We stayed for 3 nights and did most of the things we could in Bacalar. It’s a beautiful location.
