We arrived and we always ask for 5th floor. We haves stayed here everyv6 weeks for the past 2 1/2 years and at 4:30 when we checked in our room wasn’t ready. The rooms seem to be not as clean as they used to be. Things in floor toilet paper stickers on wall etc. NO hit showers and this is the 4th time for that in rooms not in 5th floor. Very dis satisfied!!!!!

Nice hotel in a good location for me but didn't like how I was treated. Three of us stayed for three days. I was supposed to get one free breakfast coupon each day. I asked if I could get a breakfast coupon for 3 people for one day. The manager refused and gave me no coupons!

La location esta un buen Lugar serva de todo, estava limpio y la cama como das. Mi problema fue que no avia agua caliente le aviso a recepcion pero no la arreglaron. El servicio en recepcion y en el restaurant no fue bueno.

Nice hotel in a good location. I stay there often. However the VIP breakfast coupon is pretty useless. there were 3 of us in the room and the coupon was for a continental breakfast only for 1 person for each of the three days we were there. The coupons are only accepted on the date indicated. As a result we never eat breakfast there... just give me one or more coupons good for a full breakfast!
