Featuring a secure, gated entry, this fully enclosed property boasts a sparkling in-ground pool, a palapa hut furnished for outdoor living, and a private dock extending into the bay complete with a pergola lounge for spectacular sunrise viewing. In the afternoons, host happy hours under the palapa and enjoy the bar area, the dining tables, even a hammock for naps in the sea breeze. A poolside patio offers even more opportunity for sun-soaked lounging. When you're ready to explore, discover the jungle ruins of the Oxtankah Archeological Zone (one mile) or spend the day cruising the Malecón in Chetumal (10 miles).

The interior showcases stylish design and comes well-appointed for modern comfort. The stainless steel kitchen has everything you need for family-style meal planning, and the main-floor dining/lounge area features beautiful views overlooking the pool and the lagoon. A trio of glass sliders opens the space to connect with the pool deck. Other home essentials include free WiFi, a private washer/dryer, and mounted mini-split air conditioners.
