After a 14 hour drive we were all more than ready to get out and stretch our legs, as those know who have little children would understand after being in a car seat that many hours they would like to be active, well not more than 10 minutes after checking in we received a call from the front desk we were being to loud, it was getting late apparently and it was 8:00 pm, now what to we do make the children sit still again as we’ve done all day🤔 yes we tried,

I give them a 3 star cause, the room smell, bathroom also smell ,drywall was bad. Breakfast rating was bad. Did not have any variety, just bread, and waffle mixed and cheerios. They don't even have egg, or sausage.

Don’t waste your money

We booked the suite to accommodate our family and when we checked in, it smelled very heavily of smoke. At first we were told they would give us febreeze but then asking to speak to someone else, we were offered to move to two adjoining rooms, however they weren’t clean, one was missing amenities like shampoo and soap, and the beds were uncomfortable. The front door to enter the hotel doesn’t work so guests have to slide it open and closed and it gets stuck and is heavy. It snowed one day/night and nobody had shoveled the sidewalks or plowed the parking lot. It was not fun walking in snow carrying luggage and children. The staff wasn’t seen except when we waited to check in. Breakfast was decent with waffles, cereal, oatmeal and juice. Note the pool is outdoors and there is no hot tub so it’s shut down. And the gym is hardly a gym.

Only issue was the sliding front door was not working. It was hard to open and closing. Breakfast was wonderful. It was quiet and bed was great. Tv was a issue with the remote. I would stay there again. Staff was great.

Near a major highway and truck stop, they can't help that. Loud. The fridge was vibrating so bad I unplugged it. Phone had a message light but couldn't figure out how to receive the message and I'm a Tech! Couldn't turn off the fan in the bathroom, really, really loud! Breakfast gravy and biscuits was not very good. But good value for the price I guess.

We stayed 2 days earlier, there was dog poop at the back entrance - I let the front desk know about the poop. The poop was still at the back entrance. The second stay was non-refundable; I did look into cancelling after the original bad experience. The hotel needs major deep cleaning, paint, and some repairs - it could be a nice place with some TLC.

staff was super accommodating, stopped after diving from denver, needed a safe clean place for 6 hours to rest before returning to the road and finish my journey, the receptionist honored the expedia price and offered to extend check out, dining for breakfast was clean and plentiful

Safe comfortable stay. However, room 140 need a faucet replacement in the bathtub its broken and the water is scalding hot or freezing cold and it takes a while to get the know fixed to where the water temperature is bearable. Please remove the arm chair it's filthy and no on is going to sit on it. Perhaps figure out a way to keep the exit door from slamming all night. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised with my stay. The staff were friendly and helpful both night shift and day shift.
