They were very accommodating with late check in. Nice big room on the 4th floor. Not much of a view on our side of hotel. Great shower big TV(if you use it). Cool Bar/Coffee shop(M.A.R.S. Cafe) not open on wed. No food in AM prior to 8:30 am that is close. Far enough away from markets to make it quiet. $8 cab ride to get were you want to be.

Large comfortable rooms. Good location. Held pur baggage while we went on a side trip to Pai!. Printed out our international visa for free for our next countries. I will return here!

Comfortable Hotel
Really clean and comfortable room and very friendly staff at the desk! The hotel is also close to various dining options and cafes. A good value for money hotel in Chiang Mai which I recommend!

They need to have lights on of the hotel from outside as is very dark so is hard to find the place. And the shower walls and floor need to be clean

Big, comfortable rooms.! It’s about a 15mins walk from the center of the “action” in old town. The hotel staff were absolutely amazing! Helped us with taxis, laundry, etc.

This hotel was very spacious with a large bed. The bathroom door was Thai wood. The staff was very friendly and the owner came and spoke to us. She asked if we had any suggestions about breakfast. We said we would like a vegetable so next day we were given a salad. She also said Americans like bananas and next day they offered us bananas. It was a very pleasant stay.

The staffs are really friendly and making sure of my comfort. I got very impressed when they would go all the way out just to make sure i got my public transport to my destination, even if mean their lunch hour will be interrupted they still try to their very best ... for that im being grateful .. thank you! Overall, it was a pleasant stay ... I will not think twice but stay in here if i revisit Chiang Mai again.

Amazing stay with great cost-benefit. Arrived with my family for New Year and the price was just right, the room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast, although not immense as in hotel chains, has everything we needed: eggs, ham, bread, coffee. Very cozy and adequate, in a great location in Old Town. Recommendablee.

FRIENDLY STAFF, COMFORTABLE STAY
The staff were wonderful, very accommodating, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also very hearty and tasty. The location is on the west side of the old city, a but far from the daily night market and saturday night market but transportation is cheap. It was ideal for us as we rented a car one day and a scooter another day, and the hotel has free parking available. The only negative was due to the fact that there were small renovations being done, which did not affect our stay. The room was a good size, clean, bottled water every day, however it could use some upgrades and fine tuning. Overall, I would stay here again.
