노후되어있는 호텔이지만 객실내에 요청사항이 제대로 이행되지 않았고 꽤오랜기간 투숙했음에도 아이 어메니티, 슬리퍼, 가운과 같은 용품이 전혀 준비가 되지 않았다. 또한 룸서비스도 시간이 너무 짧아 시킬수 없었다.

We loved this hotel!! The staff tried to meet our every need. The pool and the gym were really fabulous and the room was very comfortable for two women traveling together. Twin beds were ever so slightly smaller that a full in the States. There was security that they asked us to walk through a few times which eas quick and easy. The hotel staff was GREAT! Shout out to Tor and James especially.

We had the best time at the Shangri-la hotel. We upgraded our room which I highly recommend and had access to their lounge on the 11th Floor. We had delicious breakfast there, drinks, coffee, etc. Everyone was extremely kind. Service is off the charts amazing!

This property was well located within Chiang Mai and a short taxi or Grab ride to the walled city center. The pool, pool service, and food options were excellent within the hotel. The food with both menu and buffet option were good quality and very enjoyable. The rooms were big and comfortable and the amenities were good. I would highly recommend this property.
