Breakfast is super limited, the space is small, there was no room for our bags and stuff, not even in the bathroom, for 1 person or maybe 2 I think it's OK, we were 3 and it was too crowded, also our room did not have a balcony and almost no sunligy, it was very dark. For the price I guess that's what you get.

What a great little hotel! We stayed for 5 days over new year and watched lanterns and fireworks from our balcony as it was located right near the main celebrations. Interconnecting room was perfect for travelling with two kids age 12 and 13. Staff were lovely and breakfast buffet was included each morning. Great location but still relatively quiet. Would choose this place again for sure. My son also accidentally left his reading glasses behind and staff have been so responsive and helpful getting them to DHL for return! Excellent customer service! Khop khun lag Sleep Mai? Thapae team! Sawasdee pee mai kah!

Easy to walk to old town and market street.

Nice place and in a great location. Hard for taxi's to get down the street but its only a few meter walk. Breakfast is basic but good. The tour companies they use are a little strickt but use the online companies and its all good.

I thought that the hotel was good. Nice room. The staff were helpful and I liked them a lot. In terms of negatives, the hotel is a little to close to the main road and I prefer the general vibe/atmosphere in the old town (the hotel is only just outside the old town).

I stayed at Sleep Mai? for 8 nights from November 19-27. The hotel is ideally located in the Old City, a short walking distance to the Tha Pae Gate, several Night Markets, and even a tiny Muay Tae arena inside a shopping complex. The staff are awesome and are genuinely eager to serve. They are delightful. The rooms are exceptionally well-desigmed. My only suggestion is to cover the vegetables at the breakfast buffet to ward off the fruit flies. I will stay here the next time I visit Chiang Mai.
