This place was perfect. Clean, serene, staff incredibly helpful and sweet. Even after we checked out they kept our bags and allowed us to come back 3 hours and swim/relax before heading to the airport

Absolutely lovely hotel with amazing amenities, decor, staff, and service. The location is perfection as many temples, restaurants, clubs, and activities are within 2 or more minutes. That said, the hotel is just far enough off the street to make the stay totally quiet and peaceful. The pool was an amazing respite after a days touring the sites nearby, too. Transportation arrived in under a minute, and the airport is 10 minutes away. I can’t praise this place enough!

Property is modern industrial style. Very clean, private, quiet, nice staff. Location is great for night markets and easy walking all around old town. Hotel is not visible from road, but accessible by a short, well lighted alley/driveway. Our taxi from airport had difficulty finding the hotel but all other drivers had no problem. They pick you up at street. No restaurant onsite, though, finding food in Thailand is not a problem.

The property itself was very nice, it seemed new. The pool was perfect because part of it was in the sun, and a smaller part was under the building and covered. The staff was always very friendly and helpful. The property is located down a clean and well-lit alley, but the street in front of the alley was under construction - but that might be what should be expected in the old town section of a city such as Chiang Mai. In any case, we always felt safe and secure.
