Property was clean and in a convenient location. Bed was very uncomfortable. Several breakfast options were always sold out and we weren't told when ordering them, we were told after waiting a while that items weren't coming because they were out.

Our 11 day stay at the Experience Walking Street was so, so very nice! The food was amazing, the hotel is clean & spotless, the location in Old Time section is perfect! Highly recommend & hope someday to return to this beautiful city. The staff are so professional, thoughtful and attentive...but, beyond that, having observed them for 12 days, the staff members are sincerely kind and wonderful people - for that my wife and I are forever richer.
