Hotel location is a bit far from Old City, a bit outskirt; but the hotel provides shuttle services to the nearest mall every 2 hours, where one can take Grab to the old city. Recommend to get a sim card at 7-11 to move around in Chiangmai rather than travelling by tuk tuk. One good point is the hotel does send the guests to the Sunday walking street and saturday night market. I would like to thanks the expedia personnel (cant remember her name, sorry) who helped me to arrange shuttle service to pick me up at the airport upon arrival at Chiangmai.

A Friendly, Well Run Place
Very friendly, and very well run. Good location if you have wheels. Good breakfast. The only negative is that the walls are not soundproof enough as the nextdoor neighbors are easily heard.

Great hotel and staff. Very memorable stay!
Great hotel with lovely staff. They have maintained the hotel and rooms very well and provide lots of useful services (shuttles, bikes, motorbike rentals) etc. Breakfast is amazing with lots of options, though there could be more vegetarian and vegan options - right now there are only 1-2 out of 10+ items. The location is good but slightly away from the old city, but the shuttle service takes you to a mall close to the old city, so you can grab a taxi from there. The airport shuttle should run until later in the day or the times should be clearly stated on the listings so guests can arrange transport early. Overall, really enjoyed the stay. Would stay again!

Hotel with free shuttle to shopping centre
This hotel provides a free shuttle service to the Maya Mall which is very convenient to have your dinner there. Plus this hotel also provide free airport transfer which is another benefit for the hotel guests. The hotel staff are very helpful. There is a free breakfast every morning. The room is quite spacious and the bed is comfortable.

New and Modern Budget Hotel
We only stayed a couple short days at this hotel but were pleased with all the facilities and staff. It is modern, clean and the staff are very nice. It includes a very good buffet breakfast with both, local and more western options. Our plane left late at night so the hotel stored our luggage for the day, and we relaxed in the lobby for a couple hours and were given no hassle. The lobby sells some basic snacks and drinks while you are relaxing there.

Everything is ok except the toilet.
Bad smell came out from the bathroom. It was the toilet smell. I called the hotel people to solve the problem then he came up to just sprey perfume. But it was so much concentrated that we can breath. After that we try to get in the bathroom, the smell was still there. we didn’t quite comfortable to stay even though other things were fine but the toilet.

Nice value and staff, but busloads of Chinese.
Good value, nice location for outdoor stuff if you have wheels. Only downside is bus loads of Chinese tourists that are loud and hit the breakfast buffet like locust.

Stay here to receive THREAT EMAILS AFTER!!!
This is the worst hotel in the whole of Chiang Mai and by far the sketchiest place to stay. My girlfriend received threat emails after checking out! Clearly one of the employees of the hotel is a Fraud and a con artist who makes money by sending the guests threat emails after checking out. If you want a nice happy trip, STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL!!
