There were no complementary water bottles available, which is a standard for any other hotel in the world. We used one water bottle available in the fridge for which they charged. But when asked, we were told they are not free but later sent two drinking water in glass bottles. I had a time in trying to the reception staff in the night , she was saying couldn’t understand me over the phone. I had to walk down to the reception with the water bottle from the mini fridge, to ask whether that is chargeable. I can’t be blamed for her lack of English knowledge. In general I found reception staff were cold. No smile in the face. But, other staff including cleaning staff were very courteous. Hotel is situated about 3.5km away from the city centre. Every time I went to the town I had to take a GRAB taxi or a tuk tuk, which cost me 80 Bhat one way

We enjoyed our stay generally. The room was comfortable and we were happy to have hot water with good water pressure. Our only issue, which was minor, was the minibar. There was no clear signage about what was included in the mini bar and not. This was our final stay in Thailand and every accommodation, including hostels, provided water. So having water counted in the “mini bar” charges was a little crazy. If you’re going to have a minibar, have it clear. As well, upon checkout reception had housekeeping check each room before you could go to see if you used the mini bar. Just seemed like something that wasn’t thought out fully as a money grab. Overall, we liked our stay and would stay again.

It was a very beautiful hotel, the breakfast spread was large with a lot of variety. The outdoor pool was beautiful. The front desk staff was helpful. Some rooms needed some maintenance. I would stay again for sure.

Had a very good stay at Heritage - check in and check out very easy, staff very helpful. Only minor gripe while there - loo seat in room broken - otherwise excellent! Breakfast varied and fresh.

Rooms are not Soundproof as advertised. I could hear road traffic and doors in hallway close, like any hotel. Classy hotel and shower was high up, hot and great water pressure, although some black mould was starting to show in ceramic tile grouting. Wonderful swimming pool area! Also able to walk to big local mall!

Very nice hotel with 5 star look and feel. Food is very good, however: breakfast buffet is large, with the same everyday items everyday, limited bread and Danish choices, would have been nice to change the variety of Danish and rolls. Only dinner roll was offered no other rolls or croissant, only 1 flavor of danish. Fruit and juice was the same everyday, water or apple juice. Dinner was big disappointment: out of menu 4 items and very, very slow. suggest dinning outside of the hotel.
