Convenient location. Spacious room. Friendly staff
Room was clean spacious and there was a nice touch with the tea set and very good tea. Only drawback was the lack of wardrobe - for a large family room the space can be better utilized. Room also needs some mirrors on the side walls instead of a little one on the desk.

Wonderland in countryside
For a countryside city like chia yi, the hotel's superb services and stylish environment will definitely stun you. The restaurant has the best yakiniku of the whole southern Taiwan, and it isn't pricy at all. The stuffs are all well trained and responsive. The complimentary afternoon tea and breakfast are high quality. They are obviously underrated and should be rated above 4.8. I will come back!!!!!!!!!

很少住到令人火大的飯店，完全不推薦
隔音超差，整晚四方八方的聲音不斷；浴室洗手槽積了很多黃垢，止滑墊也發霉；吹風機吹到第三人就燒掉了。 電梯只剩一部，櫃台表示因為颱風壞了一部，上下樓都要等很久，住宿期間只能多次爬樓梯上下； 早餐人滿為患，排隊也沒有秩序，等了很久。 房間地板很乾淨，但櫃體上方都是灰塵。
