Stay for one night before heading to Alishan. The stay is pleasant and comfortable. I stay on level 5 beside the lift and is really quiet. Staff are nice and location is very close to the bus stop in front of Chiayi TRA I’m taking to Alishan. I managed to deposit my luggage here while I take a carry on to Alishan.

The hotel was in a great location. Closed to the train station. 5 min walk to the property. Plenty of food and restaurants surrounding. The staff was unfriendly, stayed for 4 nights, and only got a greeting once and asked questions and impatiently brushed off. The room was smelly like old carpet and mold. Bathroom was wet upon arrival (6 pm).

Comfortable stay even though the room was quite small. Friendly staff and fast check in. Twin bed was kinda small. Many dining options nearby such as the Korean Gastronomy restaurant next door. I would stay here again. Thanks.
