Our Normal Cleaning Procedure + COVID-19 Safety Practices include:
1. Washing our hands and wearing disposable sanitary gloves or rubber cleaning gloves
2. Our cleaning solutions are at least 70% alcohol
3. Cleaning only with disposable wipes. Using cotton or microfibre otherwise.
4. Using a color-safe sanitizing spray to sanitize soft surfaces such as furniture, edges of curtains, and decorative pillows
5. Disinfecting all light switches, knobs, & handles
6. Disinfecting the thermostat, windows, disposal containers, counters, & all surfaces
7. Washing all dishes/utensils
8. Disinfecting all appliances
9. Disinfecting remotes, blow dryers, cords, & any other surface or items in the space that are high-touch.

This apartment is spacious, clean, and equipped to meet all your needs for a relaxing stay (long or short). Take a load off in this extremely comfy Queen-sized Gel memory foam with a pad. Storage for your items is no problem in the closet with hangers available. We've included an iron, and iron board as well. The kitchen has everything you need to prep tasty meals at any time of day. In the bathroom, we have everything stocked to ensure you feel comfortable.

**Note: Temperature is regulated by the building in accordance with the city of Chicago, Heating is available during the winter, and the building switches to cold air at the beginning of summer.

Entertainment - There is a Smart TV so you can screen share/mirror any media from your device, and cable is also provided.

You can access the building through the main entrances through the security desk.

Use of Common Amenities:
*Guests must submit a request at least a day or two prior to accessing the common amenities. Your request needs to review and schedule with the building management.
*Only those listed on the reservation can access the common areas such as Fitness Centre, and Indoor Basketball Court for a max of 2 hours per day. Please observe discipline and respect at all times when using the common amenities to not inconvenience others.
*Unauthorized access or no prior approval is subject to a fine of $100/per person per day.
* Any damage to common amenities will incur a charge of a minimum of $150.
* Only registered guests can use the amenities. No outsiders and visitors are allowed.
* CCTVs and 24/7 security monitoring are in place to ensure compliance from everyone.
* Amenities are not for commercial use.

There is paid street parking in front of the building and also a paid parking lot to the left of the building

-All guests MUST agree to the house rules before/during their stay as there are other tenants at the property.

-Government ID, Security Deposit, and further screening will be required on the following bookings:

1) Last-minute bookings
2) Guests with no reviews
3) Guests with an incomplete profile
4) Instant Bookings
5) Some properties may not allow locals for short-term reservations.

MAIL & PACKAGE DELIVERY

We discourage direct delivery to the building/apartment. It is recommended to make use of a nearby pickup/drop-off location to guarantee receipt of your mail/package.
Unapproved late checkout will result in a $50 charge for every hour after the scheduled checkout time.

Smoking - Smoking inside or outside on the patio/balcony, parking lot, or within 50ft of the property is STRICTLY prohibited, as this is a smoke-free community. Any smell noticed by cleaners in the house, and/or any physical evidence of smoking any substance in the home will result in a fine of $300.00 to cover the cost of deep cleaning and ozone treatment.

Parties and Events - Parties and events are STRICTLY prohibited. Any evidence of a party or event, including camera footage, excessive garbage, or other evidence will result in a fine of $500.00, legal action, and possible eviction without reimbursement, plus the cost of any extra cleaning or damages that result from the event. This unit is equipped with Noise detection monitors.

Unauthorized Animal/Pet Fee: $250.00

Missing or damaged items - Any evidence of willful or negligent loss or damage to the property, furnishings, decoration, landscaping, towels, linens, or other items will be charged at direct replacement cost plus a fine of up to $300.00.

Towels and linens - Guests are required to keep towels and linens in good condition. Towels and washcloths should not be used to remove makeup or for cleaning purposes. Any permanent stains on towels or linens will fall into the category of negligent damage and are not included in the damage protection policy. Guests should NOT wash comforters or duvet comforters themselves as this can cause damage to those items and the washing machine.

House Rules - Any evidence of a guest breaking posted house rules, including exceeding the occupancy listed by the guest on the reservation, parking restrictions, pool rules, illegal substances, or use of the property can result in a fine of up to $1000.00 and/or eviction from the property.

You must also acknowledge: Potential for noise - This is a quiet residential neighborhood and building. Noise can transfer easily to neighbors through walls and floors.
