Second Floor walkup Flat in the front of the Building looking over Taylor Street “Little Italy” a busy restaurant row. try Rosebud, Peanut Park Trattoria,Tuscany or Chez Joel for dinner and a host of lunch spots. Breakfast at Staxx and Sweet Maple Cafe.

Apartment 2F has 3 Bedrooms all with Queen beds and 2 baths the master bedroom bath is attached.

The neighborhood is sandwiched between UIC University of Illinois at Chicago and the Illinois Medical Center which brings Taylor Street it’s foot traffic. It’s a leafy community with many Parks, Churches, Schools and Families a true Neighborhood and My Neighborhood for 30 years,

Appartement formidable

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Chicago en famille avec nos adolescents et des amis. L’appartement était idéalement placé au centre d’un quartier sympathique et à deux pas du Loop. Les bus nous prenait au pied de l’appartement et nous emmenait à Downtown en 20 minutes. Nous avons tout fait à pied et c’était parfait. L’appartement est conforme à la description. La literie est incroyable et tout est fait pour que l’on se sente comme chez nous. Il y a toutes les machines nécessaires et de nombreuses attentions qui font plaisir. Nous aurons plaisir à y revenir à une autre saison pour découvrir à nouveau Chicago sous un autre jour. Attention aux personnes qui ont un sommeil très léger car l’appartement est au cœur d’un quartier vivant donc il y a un peu de bruits la nuit ou le matin. Moi qui dort avec des boules Quies cela ne m’a pas dérangé et pour le reste de ma famille non plus. Morgane

Wonderful spot for our get away

Several great restaurants very close by. Safe location. Little extras (snacks, extra linens, stocked kitchen, toiletries, games, to go menus) were appreciated. There was music at the restaurant next door in the evenings, but that’s to be expected when staying in an area with restaurants.

Perfect Quick Trip

The place is so cute! Looked clean, smelled clean and felt clean! Short drive to downtown easy to get around and plenty of stuff around the place if not going downtown! The rooms were spacious the kitchen was so nice and the living room was the perfect amount of space for 5-6 of us. I would like some shelves or trays in the shower but other than that it was great!

Decent Location

Overall, we had a good time at our stay in Chicago. The location of the apartment was good for us in terms of an easy and delicious breakfast/lunch option nearby (Stax) and an easy walk to the train for commuting around the Chicago area. It was clean and well-stocked. Very helpful to have a parking spot behind the building (accessible by a back ally). I had several clarifying questions, and the host was quick to respond. The street noise was to be expected, but several reviews mention the noise from the neighbors upstairs and they are not wrong. Noise-cancelling air buds helped several nights. Also, from what we saw, the neighborhood is Italian in name only, so manage your expectations if you have something like the Hill in St. Louis in mind.

fantastic stay

great price with parking in a GREAT neighborhood. We were not bothered by the music from the bar. that may be worse in the summer, but zero issue for us in March.people we were visiting all could not believe what a great deal it is.The candy jar was a very nice touch. zero problems and the owner (John) was excellent to work with.

Awesome place in Little Italy

John was a great communicator. Plenty of amenities. Good beds and lots of towels. Love the washer and dryer availability. Great location for buses and pink line. Bring your ear plugs if you need quiet on the weekends. ;)

Super clean place in a interesting neighborhood. Great place. Excellent furnishings. Comfortable beds. We spent a lot of time in downtown Chicago but I wished we had more time to investigate the local neighborhood more.

This property was amazing. It was clean and fully stocked with toiletries and basic necessities. The check in and check out was easy and the host was easy to communicate with. The apartment itself is very comfy and updated. The location is ideal with plenty of food options right outside the front door and a grocery store just a short walk. Great for a family

This property is super cute and really appreciated the spacious layout. The adults and adult aged kids could all have separate rooms/bathrooms! It was really clean throughout and well stocked. Plenty of restaurants/bars in walkable distance. The owner was super responsive to any questions/concerns. We had a rental car and utilized an onsite spot in the rear of the building. There is a quite a bit of sound bleed from the bar next store until after midnight - even in the middle of the week - so if you’re a light sleeper this is not the property for you. They also use scented laundry detergent - if you have allergies or sensitivity to perfumes you could maybe message the owner about an alternative option.

Nicely Updated Apartment

We stayed at Bella Villa for the location and proximity to the events we wanted to attend while we were in Chicago for a couple of days. The apartment is nicely updated and felt spacious for our family of 4. We did hear quite a bit of street noise in the front and heard the people upstairs also. But it is CHICAGO and the apartment is in an old building so you have to expect some noise! The parking in the back is VERY tight but it was wonderful to have a dedicated space. We loved all the restaurant options up and down the street. The beds were comfortable with the exception of the sofa bed which could stand to be updated. We didn't have any real issues during our stay so our interactions with the host were very minimal. We really enjoyed the fun art work in the apartment.

Wonderful Stay!

The accommodations were spotless and well-maintained, with all the essentials provided. It was also thoughtfully stocked with nice extras making it feel like a home away from home. WOW! Place was in an absolutely perfect location. Extremely clean and well appointed. About the only thing that I could say that is negative is that you could hear people upstairs and the floors creaked. But seriously that’s nitpicking, 10/10 EASY!
