The room above me had people, maybe children, jumping on the floor until after midnight, and then again early in the morning. It was very loud!!! The door in the back, that needed to be used to get into the motel, didn’t work. They told me at the front desk that I would have to park my car in the back and then walk all the way around to the front of the motel to get inside. I told them that I would be parking in a Handicao spot, and walking around the motel in the freezing cold would be very difficult for me. The only answer I got was “The door doesn’t work from the outside”. They could have offered to open the door for me from the inside, so I could park and get right in, but they didn’t offer that. I had to walk from the parking lot in the back all the way around to the front of the motel in order to get to my room.

Property was not clean at all. Washbasin was outside the washroom, extremely weird arrangement. No dustbin in the washroom, when asked, staff suggested to take the dustbin from the room. Staff was always busy on their phone and personal calls. Not helpful. Overall, worst property from BW group, didn't expect this brand to go this low in customer service. Complete disappointment.

I understand you get what you pay for, but cleanliness & safety should be expected! I booked 2 rooms, upon arrival there were 2 other people waiting to speak/check-in… only the front desk person had been in the bathroom for some time. The woman standing in line presented a plate of breakfast food she found in her microwave, it wasn’t hers! This was the 2nd room they moved to, this set the tone. We were told ALL exit doors within the building do not work and that the only door to use is the main entrance. Parking is in the back of a long narrow building, so you would need to walk around the whole building to get in, which is extremely inconvenient, potentially unsafe, not to mention it was pouring rain! But good for us, BRICKS were used to prop open all exit doors, doors that are supposed to be locked for our securityl! Not okay! Then we take the smelly dirty elevator up to 2nd floor. I walk into my room and this is what I find; windows that don’t shut nor lock obviously, dust so thick within the credenza, next to the dirty fridge, there was a small child’s footprint in the grime! There was hair EVERYWHERE, the “lounge” chair was covered in stains! The cherry on top… the security latch was broken! As we left only 10minutes later, the counter chick was again in the bathroom. The next morning we checkout, the new attendant is again in the bathroom with music blaring. No breakfast food at 830am and the pool was closed, although I wouldn’t of usedy it! Absolutely unacceptable!!!!

The room was large. Hair in the shower drain and the drain cover was very dirty. Side door of the building was propped open with a sign saying it was broken. Seems it was fixed overnight between 11pm and 7am? Breakfast was not much. Nothing I could grab and go. I would not stay again. Pool is still empty

Not clean hotel. Service is terrible for the price . Roaches in the rooms . Very durty machines on the breakfast area . No food is available when it s empty. People get to wait over 45 minutes or leave if they are in hurry. Receptionist is unprofessional. She never stand up to talk to the costumer either she is looking at the computer or not there at all. She never hepl always turning people down if they ask for any help. We get pictures and videos, we wi fill up a report with health department. I can send pictures and videos if it s need .

Be warned
We have stayed at this property previously and have no issues. But this time we had one. I booked this online and had stated we would pay at the property when we arrived. I had my bank credit card on file with Hotels.com but was using a different card for the room once arrived, as we have done prior. I informed the desk when we arrived of this, and they scanned my Discover card for the charges. But to my dismay, after we checked out and returned home, they went ahead and charged my bank card and not my Discover card as I had asked. As we normally stay here when we come to town, this is unacceptable and we will not be using this hotel in the future. Be wary when booking here.

Avoid this hotel!
I was very unhappy with our stay. To start, we got an email a day or 2 after booking that the pool was out “Through September 2024”. It was too late for us to cancel as the marathon was that weekend and hotels were booked out. We stayed from October 11-14, so I expected the pool to be fixed. It wasn’t, but no biggie. Upon arrival, we found that our room was very nasty. The floors were gross and it didn’t look like it had been vacuumed. We have 2 young kids and we wouldn’t let them walk on the floors without shoes. There were sticky spots on the countertops. Again, we tried to overlook it and make the best of it. At breakfast the next morning, I went to fill up my son’s juice cup, only for ants to fall in the cup from where the juice dispenser was covered in ants. We spent the whole day in Chicago and came back around 8:30, only to find that out toilet wouldn’t flush (and it wasn’t due to usage, we had been out all day). We called the front desk and the guy just said “sorry, maintenance isn’t here. It can’t be fixed right now. But you can use the bathroom in the lobby”. Again, we have 2 small children and we were on the 3rd floor. So we had to take the elevator down every time they needed to go. The next morning, I went down to the lobby to use the bathroom and was accosted by an “employee” for using the “employee bathroom” that they told us to use. And then she argued with me when I told her the other guy told us to use it. Rude staff. Nasty hotel. Not staying here again.
