Overall nice place, clean and comfortable... it was in a location that made walking throughout downtown pretty easy... maybe only ding was that parking was not intuitive or all that clear, even when I called ahead of time. Would stay there again, though!

Best Western Grant Park Hotel was walking distance from the lake and park attractions. We were near public transit and walking distance to restaurants. The front desk staff was pleasant and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. I would book this hotel again in the future.

I purchased breakfast for myself the night before and had it next to the tv in the room. It was completely covered in ants 🐜 in the morning. I told the desk and all they said was sorry. Not only that when i went to get coffee there was none and i was told i could go to the lobby at the Hilton next door or come back at 7:00am. I came back fown at 7:00 and was told i had to wait another 20 minutes. Finally at 7.20 i went yo get the coffee and it was all gone. It was a very noisy night. Never again

Comfortable bed, but street noise was quite bad, people were shouting in the street till 2 am, and car horns were frequent. Bathroom didn't have a working extractor fan, and there was an strange smell in the bathroom. Otherwise the room was clean and the area was great.
