The hotel itself needs a massive upgrade. Bathroom fixtures were beat up, TV was really old, no refregerator or any amenities to count on. Parking is not easy to figure out. And the staff isn't really trained for provide more than just the minimal information. It is a convenient location. And the staff was friendly enough. But you get what you pay for. So you can expect a clean room but don't plan on much more.

The hotel is clean, quiet and well equipped. The room is a little worn (wall coverings and painted trim need freshening) but clean and presentable. Needs a more modern TV too. Bed very comfy and I slept well. I’d stay here again.

Super close to the conference I was attending so the hotel made sense. However, the AC kept shutting off. The pillows did not offer any neck support. Bring your own! Front desk were amazing people!

Stayed here for Bears game. Hotel location was VERY CONVENIENT for walking to Soldier Field AND the breakfast there was GREAT! They also had various restaurants in the area to choose from

I don’t usually write reviews but I have to this time for the hotel how terrible they were. I’m not a fussy customer as long as I get what I request. I booked for a room 2 double beds but when I checked in I got a room with a queen bed. Simply I told the reception that I booked a room with 2 Dd beds and their response initially was prove it then they would change the room. I showed them my booking details indicating that it’s 2 bd beds and now they said all the room were sold out so they couldn’t do anything. They didn’t know before it’s sold out?? Their response and ability to handle the situation wasn’t professional and they were liars. And they said they will upgrade the room for the next day and when I asked what’s the upgrade room was, it’s what I booked for a room with double beds. So it’s not an upgrade just the room I booked. They also said that it’s Expedia changed my booking detailed so they received the room with a queen bed on their end. It was my first time to receive a room against my choice. Terrible terrible experience. Ruined my trip obviously.
