The room was dated and had a noisy wall heater/ac unit. Our shower drain was clogged, and the tub filled as you showered. The sink faucet leaked over the counter, and the shower/tub nozzle did not work properly making it difficult to get the hot water at the right spot with water pressure. The breakfast was pretty nice, and while it was not close to many things, it was off a main road and easy to get to places you want to be. It did feel safe and the parking was free. I would rate it a 7/10 overall.

All was good except for 2 things: 1) i waited for the shuttle at ohare for nearly 2 hours. First of all, the email explaining where to catch the shuttle was completely incorrect (the place it directed me to is closed), and the verbal instructions given to me when i requested pickup were not complete. I called after waiting for 80 minutes in the cold, and was placed on hold for 18 minutes. I hung up and called back and was promptly berated for not being in the correct location, which was about 50 feet from where i was standing. I was watching for the pickup at the entry point for all hotel shuttles and have 20/20 vision. I could not have missed it. 2) The toilet in my room did not fill with water after flushing.

Staff was great only thing I had a problem with was the hole in the bathroom corner covered with a wash cloth and the vent over the shower. Overall it was a great place to sleep just wish I didn’t have loud and obnoxious neighbors.

Roommates were clean, however AC was really noisy couldn't get good sleep. Main issue was with the airport shuttle, it took me 1.5hour to get on, even though I was at terminal 1 I was instructed to head to terminal 5 for pick up. Shuttle only starts at 7am and I had a early flight so I ended up having to get Uber, this should be disclosed in the information package.

Enjoyable stay but don't forget ear plugs!

Very accomodating staff. Clean property. Just a bit noisy from highway close by, tv on in next room, refrigerator & toilet running. But a set of ear plugs can solved those problems! Breakfast buffet offered a selection of bagels to toast, eggs, waffles, oatmeal, cereal & juices. I had a lovely stay at a very good price !
